Tonmorow morning (9-24), Sea Launch is scheduled to launch  Galaxy 19 
satellite for Intelsat, on a Zenit-3SL rocket from the Odyssey Launch 
Platform positioned on the equator in the Pacific Ocean.

Launch window opens at 5:28 a.m. EDT.

Spacecraft separation around 1 hour 8 minutes after lift off over the 
west coast of Africa.


Galaxy 19, built by Space Systems/Loral, is a 1300-series hybrid 
spacecraft with a total of 52 physical transponders and will replace 
Galaxy 25 (telstar 5) at 97 degrees.

Galaxy 17 @ 91 degrees West, transponder 19 Ku band (12066 Horizontal) 
DVB 4:2:0, SR: 61113

Test signals start at 4:45 a.m. EDT.
Broadcast starts at 5:15 a.m. EDT.
