Log message:
  Vic officially kicks ass.  Here are the Linux updates for his math updates
  in qw and qw-server.  Note that we now link against SDL in the server, but
  don't use it for anything other than a few types in mathlib.c now.  I'm
  unsure as to what we'll do about this long term, for the short term it'll
  work fine, so I'm not worrying about it.
