  Updated todo,
  Added software brightness and contrast control (ported from lordhavoc's
  darkplaces) Looks sweet! This should tide us over until we have real
  hardware gamma and brightness (coming soon!) This will stay whenever
  I add hardware gamma/brightness in though because not all cards properly
  support hardware gamma/brightness...
