Log message:
  Added download counters.  These are currently only kept in the SQL database,
  but I intend to show them on the members page soon.  Statistics are only
  kept for files that already have a record, so you'll have to do an INSERT
  by hand (again, soon by the members page, I hope) for new files.  This is
  intentional.
