Log message:
cl_model.c sv_model.c and model.c header cleanup. We can move model.c
to a shared directory now (as soon as I fix QW and QWSV).
Update twilight_renderer, and fix compile warnings in noise_textures.c
Comment TNT_Init in gl_rmisc.c - it crashes the game (total fuck up).
