what version of twill are you using?
There are a number of form-related bugs that I've fixed in the last few
weeks; you might try installing
http://darcs.idyll.org/~t/projects/twill-latest.tar.gz
Let me know if your problem persists. You could try touching form #1
instead of form #0; that's one of the bugs I fixed recently, a disparity
between display number & everything else ;).
I'm hoping to do a twill release tomorrow that will contain the
fixes.
