Just as documentation if someone has same issue.Situation:I moved from 0.9a3 to 
0.9b1. After that, I was not able to import twill.commands.Environment:Python 
2.3.5 on WinXP (I can't choose...).twill 0.9b1 (lastest by March 18th,

 Subprocess is included in Python 2.4. 
Python 2.3 has to be installed by hand.
