On pages having two forms with the same name if the second of the two
forms is selected it will not properly submit:
Steps to reproduce
twill-sh -u http://www.playfirst.com <http://www.playfirst.com/>
showforms
fv 3 handle mike
submit
gives error:
more than one form; you must select one (use 'fv') before submitting
