hi, shravan, C-DAC hyderabad is the best for embedded system training, but you need to go through All india entrance test and should get good score. Vector institute in Ameerpet, is also good one, no need of entrance test, just pay around 25thousand and get going, Contact - Bhavani - 9866 666699- u can give my ref.
