Hi all, I'm working in one of the big US firm and I had considerable amount of experience (3 years) in Design, Implementation and Testing in one of the Enterprise Content Management(ECM) tool. Unfortunately there are no projects that had came up and hence I retooled my self to Data Management-Business Intelligence area in Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition(OBIEE) and started executing projects on OBIEE and work got completed successfully this month.
Now, for the next engagement I have two options. One is related a tool called Open Text in ECM (Not the tool that I worked earlier) and second is on OBIEE. with the brief intro about my self My question is : 1. whether to go back to ECM and learn new tool or stick to OBIEE. 2. Which will be correct way considering the economy into consideration. 3. Personal Development in both of these areas. Any expert ideas are welcome !!!! Thanks in Advance. -- Regards V.
