1. Boot from a LIVE cd / DVD of KNOPPIX. 2. Mount your HDD 3. Find C:\windows\system32\cpwmon2k.dll. It will look like /media/sda1/windows\system32\cpwmon2k.dll 4. Simply delete by "rm" command 5. I have deleted several "Access Denied" things from my Windows XP HDD 6. Make sure VISTA format is readable in KNOPPIX All the best
