Hi: I am a regular webmail user and for sometime I have been trying to decide on a TUI (Text User interface) based email cient, which also supports the following - . download mails from POP3 server / read from mailspool . Send mail thru SMTP-TTLS . has mbox like ASCII format . can be navigated using key strokes / arrow keys.
Explored PINE. Liked it but could not configure fetchmail + procmail. Explore GNUS (part of emacs). Could not understand its functionality and could not configure .emacs file.
