Run a script which runs once in a while (say once a week) and checks these rows
and deletes them.

we are storing the date & time of registration,
activation flag along with the users personal details.
And we send a confirmation mail to users email account.
If user unable confirm his registration within 24 hrs,
his record has to be removed from table automatically.
How to do this?
