Hi Prabin:

Do you have tcl, tk, tkinter installed as part of Cygwin install ?

Could you please explain what you mean by
"unable to run the commands" ?

Usually, in vim the command can be executed as
for example, (attempting to compile the current file using gcc)
:!gcc %

However, since you are knowledgeable in vim, I think this is
not what you are looking for ! Could you clarify ?
