Dear Mr. Bhasker Raj,
Windows operating system when installed [or reinstalled] can very much
disturb your current installation and boot. It is very normal.
I suggest you to again dual boot your machine with Windows first [always]
followed by Fedora Core 5 taking care not to reinstall Windows again.
The whole thing should work. But for some reason, you are unable to have
your dual boot going succesfully, you may be constrained to think of a
single operating system for your machine, the ultimate choice being yours.
