Hi all: Derek M Jones has made available his book titled "The New C Standard"
This book is about the latest version of the C Standard, ISO/IEC 9899:1999 plus TC1 and TC2). Every sentence in the C standard appears in the book. The book is structured as a detailed, systematic analysis of the entire language standard. The PDF book is 1616 pages long and is 8Mb in size. It was to be published by Addison Wesley.
