Hi all To run Yum in proxy environment add below lines with appropriate proxy and port in /etc/yum.conf
# The proxy server - proxy server:port number proxy=http://proxy_ip:port/ but for pirut to run where and what lines should be added to detect the proxy settings. thanks naveen
