hai to all
Before installation of tomcat first you have to install any recent
version of java on your system.After installation of java you have to
set an environmental variable JAVA_HOME as your java installation path
like JAVA_HOME=c:/j2sdk1.4.1.Next thing is you have to download tomcat
from apache website.After that just click on it to install.It will
ask for path where to install it just give any directory.At the end it
asks for port number and administration password give those
things.This completes the installation of tomcat.
