Hi Ashish I am using konsole on FC3 system. Keyboard shortcut for switching the tabs is <Ctrl>+<Shift>+ "direction keys" (Left or Right). Other shortcut is with mouse. If you put your mouse pointer over any tab and rotate the mouse wheel the tab will change. I think keys shortcuts are configurable and you can change according to your needs from "Settings->ConfigureShortcuts".
