Hi,

/etc/fstab entry:
/dev/sda5            /windows/D           vfat       
rw,users,uid=surya,gid=users,umask=0002,utf8=true 0 0

I had made this entry long back when I installed SuSE. I wanted write access to 
the user 'surya' on these partitions.
