Hi,

Even after installing the module, the partition is mount read-only with only 
the root having the rights to write on mounted NTFS partition. For complete 
access on Filesystem you will need to install any of the Filesystems packages 
that run in User space. FUSE in short. For more details, you can refer to one 
of my postings in the group around January 2006.
