Hi Hameed: CCNA is "starting" point in the field of networking with Cisco devices. RHCE focusses on Redhat Linux system and services stack that ships with it. My suggestion will be to start playing with a Linux box. Get the basics right. >From there on you can move in either direction on the basis of what interests you more.
