Hi Nitin As soon as it boots from Ubuntu CD and you need to press "ESC" button so as to get the command prompt. Now you can run the command "live noapic" and press enter. Now will the Ubuntu live CD will boot it normally and it will bring the desktop. Now if you want to install it then there is a Install icon on the desktop else you can use the live CD for a trial.
