Hello Chandra: Do you have Microsoft OS CD/DVDs with you and the driver CDs ? If not or you want to avoid re-installation, you would need to use a tool like partition magic ! In any case, take a backup of the data first. If you want assistance, I suggest get your laptop on 11/8 before the TSM and I will personally help you set it up. thanks Saifi.
