Hey Narender, I have the exact same motherboard and Ubuntu is running fine on my PC. With the earlier versions I had to modify the xorg.conf to use vesa drivers but I think with Ubuntu Gutsy (7.10) it works just out of the box. Although, I ran into problems when trying to get compiz working after I upgraded my Ubuntu to gutsy. My point here is - it works fine without the fancy desktop effects which you will not need anyways!
I dont know much about Fedora but Ubuntu is just as good. Give it a shot. If you need the Installation Cds, please put in a request.
