I have the same Hardware ( 2.4Gzh) 768MB RAM No problems with that. And among intel chipsets 810E 845, 945 are good working horses ( very less problem reported )
You could upgrade ur RAM to 512MB or 1GB. What kind of memory problems are you facing ?? -- gv.
