The only thing about sequencing of wires in RJ45 that I have heard of is 'crossover cable' where an ethernet cable in which the first and third wires and second and sixth wires are crossed on each end to ensure that the output from one end is wired into the input of the other end (used to directly connect two machines - without a switch/hub in between). It would be interesting to know if there is more to the sequencing. Let us know if you found something. Namita
