Thanks Namita for writing this timely blog.

Here are few things that need i'd like to highlight:

 0. A focus on technology implies both hardware and software. We're just
    beginning to see Open Source hardware become available and affordable.

 1. Innovation would mean converting 'good ideas' into workable 
    Open Source product(s).

 2. We make a gradual transition from a predominantly user community
    to a developer + user community.

 3. We setup a mentor program in place to help individuals become 
    productive as contributors.

 4. Going global means that our performance level, contribution and impact
    is on a global scale.

 5. We'd also require more funds from sponsors, donors so that developer
    and promotional activities like OSEF, Open Source Summit reach out
    to even larger audience.

All these things are going to require sincere effort and preseverance.
Let's make it happen.
