I used to have 4 - XP, centOS, FC8 and Ubuntu. I used to install in that order. CentOS and FC had issues as both were RH based I think. U may have to take care of this but in ur case u can install in any order. Use ur favorite grub (hope that is not windows boot loader! ;)) in the end. Be careful if u share partitions b/n the various OSes.
One thing to note is if u have vista then u may want to use the built in functionality to do the partitioning for I had issues when I used gparted. Vista was not aware of the changes... Solaris I haven't tried yet... Shud be more or less the same. When unsure install that as the 2nd OS and use the one u have most confidence on in the end! Helps... :) Have fun, Mynk On Wed, Jun 25, 2008 at 1:23 PM, Zubin Wadia <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > http://weblogs.java.net/blog/lucastorri/archive/2008/03/triboot_system.html > > Good luck :) > > Zubin. > > > > > > > On Tue, Jun 24, 2008 at 11:19 PM, mytwincling wrote: > > > > Hello friends.... > > > > Q1.How to create tri boot system with, 2 Linux Operating > > Systems(Ubuntu, FC9) and One Windows Vista. > > > > Q2:.How to Create Dual boot with Solaris10 and Ubuntu. > > > > Thanks > > Sampath Inturi > > > > > > > > >
