We have a few openings for an IT major for the post Linux Admin. Please find the spec as mentioned below. The openings are on contract with a right of hire for our Client with all mandatory benefits like PF, ESI, Insurance etc. besides a handsome pay package. The positions are on a contract with a right of hire for our Client which means that client can hire you based on your performance during the contact period. The projects are likely to be long term projects from the government sector thus providing better exposure to the acquired skills of the candidate providing more experience enabling better positional leverage. Please find the skills requirement for the same as mentioned below: Linux Administrator 1 Remastering of Knoppix (Debian based Live CD distribution) 2. Good knowledge of shell scripting (extensively required for NICLinux 5+ Years project) 3. Working knowledge of Perl 4. Good core knowledge of RPM based systems (better if RHCE certified) 5. Apache, Tomcat, JBoss installation and integration (tuning, virtual hosting etc) 6. Linux Systems admin skills (management of DHCP, DNS, WebServer) 7. Kernel compilation and upgradation. 8. Linux System/Server support 9. Linux Trainings 10.
