I am not sure if this is a query or a suggestion. If query - my favorite download manager is DownThemAll which comes as a popular plugin with FF. It establishes multiple connections with the site and downloads the file much faster. The sites that permit it have a resume option. On windows there is one more tool available that can be clubbed with common browsers from Open Source - Free Download Manager. I like the former better! :) -- Have a nice day, Mynk
