Hi, Do the fonts looks very big on your screen? Then probably the DPI is set to a large no, you can do the following steps on Ubuntu: 1) Select 'Administration' from the 'System' menu 2) Select 'Login Window' 3) Select the 'Security' tab 4) Click on the 'Configure X-Server' button at the bottom of the screen 5) Append this argument to the text in the 'Command' text-field: '-dpi 96' (Without the ' marks) 6) Restart your X session to see the changes.
I took it from here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gdm/+bug/99145 Let me know if that does not work -- Satish Vellanki On Fri, Jul 25, 2008 at 2:37 AM, Leela Manoranjan BV < [EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi All, > > On my linux installation, the login screen is larger than the screen size. > Is there any way to set the login screen size? > > Rest all everything is fine in the installation. > > Thanking you, > > Regards, > Leela > >
