Some very basic solution. Not sure if it will work for you.
1. Get access to some free ftp site.
2. Write a script to send a file containing the ip address to this ftp
server. (This needs to be a part of the several services that start after
you startup the system.
3. When you want to ssh to your machine from your office, goto this site,
get the ip address and then connect.

One question. Which office is this that would require you to have such an
access? :)
