Just install it from the OpenSuSE CD or DVD using YaST. You can do this by going to
YaST Administrator Settings --> Software --> Software Repositories and enabling the openSUSE-DVD or CD option. Now just open the Software management Application and choose GCC from it. To make sure the DVD version is installed, you could choose "Repositories" in the filter and choosing the DVD. Hope this helps!
