[twincling] SMS with SMTP Server

Hi All,
 
I am a .net programmer ( C#,VB.net).
 
Can we deliver SMS from SMTP server say 9999999...@abc.com where "9999999999" 
is the mobile number and abc.com is the  mobile service provider address.
 
Do Indian mobile network service providers support this ?
