Checkout some full length books @ www.tldp.org on Linux Admin. O'Reilly book Eileen Freisch (sp?) and Linux Admin by Nemeth et al will be a good addition to your library. Both are available at low cost SEA reprints. However, the best way to start learning Linux Admin would be to experiment with different distros, learn how each distro lays out file for the various services. With Virtualization, you can afford to do "damage" to your installation and get away with little penalty :) -- Arun Khan
