These guys seem to have used a technicality in their favor here. To protect themselves, they have made some comments to their license agreement - "only system components released under GPL may be redistributed according to their license". But in contrast, their EULA doesn't mention any developers, vendors, copyright holders except Linux-Online. Note: Reading their EULA has a very familiar feel to it! o_O
