That because of a trojan.
1. Press Ctrl + Alt + Del
2. Kill explorer.exe
3. Kill svchost.exe (the one which is consuming maximum memory)
4. open cmd
5. press cd\
6. press dir/ah
7. attrib -s -h -r autorun.inf
8. del autorun.inf
(Do the same in all drives)
9. open regedit
10. goto HKCU -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> Run
->
11. delete anything that looks suspicious
12. goto HKLM -> Software -> Microsoft -> Windows -> Current Version -> Run
->
13. delete anything that looks suspicious
14. now delete the suspicious file from the harddisk as well.
15. run disk cleanup

Try installing and updating a good antivirus.

That's should solve the problem

Thanks & regards
