Hi Saifi,

I guess there is no kernel parameter with name 'noacpi'. I usually pass
'acpi=off'  and 'noapic'.
We can provide more than on/off values to the 'acpi' option, they are
'force, ht, noirq, strict'

Respective kernel documentation may give more information on the usage.
