hi we are using d base which works in dos mode we use to take print outs using dot matrix printer which is of 24 pin recently we purchased a brand new dot matrix printer which is of 9 pin.vendor informed us that it works with d base application what we are using now.after a couple of days we noticed that the prints what we take in d base if the content is half page the printout gets scribbled & it jumps.if the content is full in a page than no issues.the vendor informed us the 9 pin has to be changed to 24 pin in d base .but we don't find any option to change the pin in the d base & dotmatrix drivers are properly installed no issues with printer driver &the printer is working fine in GUI mode.so please help us. -- Thanking you Regards Sunil.c.h
