[twincling] Watermark in Open Office

Hi all:

Does anybody know how to create watermark for documentation and
presentation in OpenOffice ?

Is the watermark preserved, while exporting 
.ODT file to .PDF and .ODP file to .PDF ?

i'm using OpenOffice 2.4.x
