If you are looking for primarily a project management role, this will not fit. * - *Please Note: *A minimum academic score of 60% or more from 10th to Graduation is mandatory. ------------------------------ *-If you dont find yourself keen with the opportunity, itll be greatly helpful if you could revert with references.* ------------------------------ *Technical Architect- J2EE* * * *Responsibilities: * - Design and development of product kernel - Design and development of the product framework - Performance tuning of applications - Design review of product implementations - Internal consulting for J2EE components and product kernel - MISMO compatibility of J2EE products *KRAs:* - Technical Architect J2EE will be responsible for design and deployment guidance for 2 product lines for products in Loan Servicing. -Technical Architect will be responsible for new technical features in the Product Core and maintenance of the Product Core in terms of meeting the performance benchmarks. - Technical architect will be manager for the technology maintenance releases of the products. - He will also be responsible for the architectural road map for J2EE applications for Ocwen *Qualification:* BE/BTech in Engineering (Preferably Computer Science) with high First-class. - Masters degree in Engineering is advantageous. - 7 to 9 years of work experience. - J2EE application development. - Should have completed the design of at least 2 J2EE enterprise applications of medium size (at least 4 person years) preferably in Financial Services Domain. - Skills in formal design methodologies are a must. - Library management, resume management, hospital management will not be considered for enterprise applications. - Strong database skills preferably in oracle 9i/10g with expertise in JTA and JDBC. PL/SQL expertise is advantageous. - Should have programmed in the formative years using struts, EJB, servlets and JSP. - Sound knowledge of deployment architectures with horizontal and vertical scaling alternatives at Web, Application, Client and Database layers. - Exposure to performance tuning of distributed J2EE applications. - Knowledge of profiling J2EE applications required. - Experience in JVM performance tuning on Linux will be advantageous. - Exposure to at least 2 J2EE application servers, one of them being JBOSS. - Good understanding of interoperability with COM. ------------------------------ *Manager / Sr. Manager - Product Development * Exp: 8-12 yrs Location: Bangalore Responsibilities: To provide technical leadership for one of Ocwen's technology products To review and correct the development, test and release plans as per the enterprise norms and policies. To research and maintain enterprise knowledge the designated area of expertise. To research, design and develop new feature enhancements for the product(s) designated. Mentor junior colleagues in the technology of choice and be resource for all engineers in area of expertise. KRA:- Ensure that the feature additions met and the release schedules are adhered to Esnure that the product(s) assigned is performing within acceptible metrics. Qualifications: BE/BTech from a good academic institution with excellent record through out. 8-10 years of experience in which 4-5 years should be in Java Technologies Must be a hands on technologist with experience in product life cycles Must be having knowledge of XML and AJAX framework Experience in leading a team of about 8-12 engineers preferred. ------------------------------ *Technical Leader Java/J2EE * * * *Title:* Technical Leader *Exp:* 6-8 years *Location:* Bangalore *Responsibilities:* New Feature Development Review test plans with QA & participate in code reviews with other developers. Research, design and develop new feature enhancements for company core products. Analyze impact to system and customer, design required functionality, create technical specifications, attend project meetings and release into QA. Mentor junior engineers and be resource for all engineers in area of expertise. * KRAs:* Take ownership of release from conception through deployment, setting up environments and documenting release notes and technical details regarding functionality and configuration. Participate and contribute in conceiving future technology and next generation products. * Qualification:* - Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Engineering preferred. - 6 to 7 years of work experience. - J2EE application development. - Should have completed the design of at least 2 J2EE enterprise applications of medium size (at least 4 person years) preferably in Financial Services Domain. - Skills in formal design methodologies are a must. - Library management, resume management, hospital management will not be considered for enterprise applications. - Strong database skills preferably in oracle 9i/10g with expertise in JTA and JDBC.
