Sleepy Cat (Berkeley DB) has also been M&A'd by Oracle, development is still going on and no change in the original lic. Of course, that could change but the products being open source, competent team could fork it, whereas Siebel was a prop. product and Oracle must have been after Siebel user base. -- Arun Khan
