If again problem persist, follow the same approach and this time insert OS Cd you are having and then mention this CD location which generally is Window/i384/ This should solve your problem. 2. IF not then you can download generic USB driver from net and then install for same before that check that ur usb is compatibale with generic usb2.0 driver i hope this will work -- nishant
