Hi,
following are the methods to enalbe your usb
1. connect USB control panel->add hardware->
         select to scan computer for new Hardware, 90% this will solve ur
prb automatically if not, then select manual installation from same window
and select generic USB controller and give the destination of
window/driver/cache folder and click next.
If again problem persist, follow the same approach and this time insert OS
Cd you are having and then mention this CD location which generally is
Window/i384/
This should solve your problem.
2. IF not then you can download generic USB driver from net and then
install for same before that check that ur usb is compatibale with generic
usb2.0 driver

i hope this will work
