I've been looking at Marijke Van Epen's The Unknown Tabletweaving, and I was wondering how many other tablet weavers out there have played with this technique.
It looks like a really elegant way to cheat around the whole inkle/back strap loom pickup techniques. Personally I hate pick-up. Don't know why I don't mind counting and turning cards endlessly, but counting threads and yanking them out of a warp really is not my thing. Do you use standard cards or have you had better luck with the cards with holes in the middle of the sides instead of the corners as she likes? Just curious. john www.malarkycrafts.com
