I ran it like this:

python cleanup-remote.py Twisted 
svn+ssh://svn.twistedmatrix.com/svn/Twisted/branches 
https://twistedmatrix.com/trac/ <https://twistedmatrix.com/trac/>

and it's still running - there are quite a few branches to go through and this 
wifi isn't super fast :-).
