There is actually an under-maintained Axiomatic plugin in Mantissa which helps with this
somewhat; it probably doesn't work at the moment, but check out "axiomatic
mantissa". It might help with this kind of setup, or at least provide some ideas
for tools to expedite the turkey's adventures.
