The plan is that render methods will take a request and a tag as
arguments. There isn't a plan for data factories macro factories.
If you look at nevow.page.Element, you will see what the replacement
for nevow.rend.Fragment looks like. The replacement for nevow.rend.Page
should be somewhat analogous.
