Problem solved. Azure support was excellent. I did a screen sharing with a person from support and we did the migration.
If anyone wants access to Azure, let me know. If you already have an Azure AD account I can "invite" you to Twisted Azure AAD. If you have a GitHub account, you can login to Azure to trigger the generation of your Azure account via GitHub.
