Why didn't you use pydoctor to create the docs?
If ReadTheDocs doesn't support that you should switch to another
solution.
There is an "extension" for Sphinx, to build pydoctor HTML files as
part of the standard sphinx build process.
This confused me much more. ;) I don't get it. But possibly I don't have
to. :D
